Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Define Your Worth (DYW), we value customer satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our products. If you’ve received a product that is damaged, has manufacturing defects, or if you’ve received the wrong item, we’re here to make it right.

Eligibility for Return & Exchange

You are eligible for a return or exchange only under the following conditions:

  • The product delivered is damaged or has manufacturing defects

  • The wrong product was delivered

To ensure smooth processing, please note:

  • Return or exchange requests must be made within 24 hours from the time of delivery

  • Requests made after 24 hours will not be accepted

  • You must submit photo and video evidence showing the damage or incorrect product

  • Please record a video while opening the package, as it helps in faster verification and resolution

Return Process

To request a return or exchange, please email us at info@defineyourworth.com with the following details:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear images and video of the product and packaging

  • Unboxing video (mandatory for all claims)

Our team will review the request and respond within 2–4 business days.

Refund Policy

If your return is approved:

  • A 100% refund will be issued

  • Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment

  • It may take 7 to 14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank/payment provider

Exchange Policy

If your exchange request is approved:

  • A replacement product will be shipped at no additional cost

  • Exchanges are only processed for the same product originally ordered

Important Notes

  • Products must be returned in unused and original condition with all tags and packaging intact

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, size issues (unless it’s a sizing error on our part), or delays caused by logistics providers
